Everyone working at the dealership was very kind. Did not feel hassled or pressured into making any decisions. They were very thorough and seemed truthful in their explanations when there were questions asked. They were also great at mailing me back things I left in my vehicle that I turned in. Definitely recommend this business would definitely go here again.

Not really impressed I think the actual service job was ok, time will tell. Customer service was cold and not very friendly. Just moved to town and both our vehicles needed service. Have been frequenting a GM dealership in NE for the last 8 years with exceptional service. Thought I would give them a chance. After completing the first one I asked if I could pay with one check when both were complete and was told NO we need to complete each one at pickup. Changed a cab filter on the first service which I'm sure needed to be done but the service person claimed he tried to call me for ok, but I never received a call or missed a call?? I will be shopping around before the next change is due.

My wife and I travel full time pulling a fifth wheel rv with our GMC 3500 dually. We are staying with friends in Powell Wyoming and I had some concerns about the truck and the recall on the transmission valve body which I had reprogrammed in Yuma Arizona. This dealership was very helpful , everyone is very professional . They scanned the truck and found nothing wrong at this time even though the truck shutters a bit at a full stop while still in gear. I would not hesitate to have work done at Yellowstone GMC in Powell. That said hopefully GM will do something about these transmission, these trucks are very expensive and shouldn’t have issues with under 100,000 miles.
