Everyone was very professional and friendly. My problem was that I specifically said I did not need the air filter changed or the cabin filter changed and we received a call that it was recommended that both needed to be changed. The reading on the air filter was that it was at 85% good. That doesn't reflect a need for change, and it is frustrating when it appears that someone is trying to sell up on things. If it was requested, then it should be honored. Every time we bring in a vehicle for service it is a guarantee that there will be a phone call asking permission to replace the air filter and the cabin filter. It used to be the brakes needed replaced and we have finally gotten that suggestion removed. I take my vehicles to Yellowstone because I value their knowledge and ability to properly take care of my vehicles. I don't need suggested changes. I need what I asked for. If an air filter is a little dirty a quick blast of air from the inside out cleans them and one can make a filter last a lot longer. In this day and age when things are so expensive it would be rewarding to know the dealer is looking out for longtime customers as well as potential new customers by being cautious and considerate of the customer by saving money when the idea of some might need changed is talked about and suggested to be considered down the road and not at this time. Especially if the reading on the information panel says it has 85% life left. Just a thought for the future so you keep customers and maybe not turn them away.

They had a selection to choose from plus, exactly what I was looking for. Very friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. Joelynn is second to none.

Excellent! The People were nice and knowledgeable. The dealership itself was spotless. Clean and neat! The waiting room had a nice area with drinks and snacks for customers. Unlike the waiting room in the Cody dealership, which makes you sit in broken-down chairs in a hallway in an old building built in the early 50's. Powell dealership is excellent in both the showroom and the back service department.

I drove over 6 hours to buy a truck from them. They held to the agreed upon price and made the process easy.
